Boxes for Moving Home Omdömen

usually delivery is automatically attempted the following working day so i'm relieved to hear this happened and you got your removal boxes. :-)

as they say, i love it when a plan comes together! delighted the packing boxes were exactly as described.

really sorry to hear that. it is the one part of the service where we sometimes have problems. because of the size of the parcels, they have to be manually sorted through the courier's network, resulting in the occasional mis-sort and subsequent delay. annoyingly, since Citylink's demise, they are also the only courier company that will currently take our freight! we are trying to reduce the size of the parcels, without changing our removal boxes, so they don't have to be manually sorted, which will hopefully remove the problem. if not, at least we will then be able to find another courier. long answer i know but hopefully i'm making sense! :-)

thanks for the review. normally we only hear when something goes wrong! it's nice to hear from people when everything goes to plan! :-)
