Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent purchase. I’m disappointed to see you were left feeling negatively about your Boori experience, that certainly isn’t how we want our customers to feel. From speaking with our Customer Services Manager, I believe your cot bed and replacement parts had experienced some uncharacteristic mistakes during the manufacturing process including misaligned holes and paint damage which of course is not the usual premium quality we pride ourselves on. I can only apologise for these unfortunate issues and totally understand this must have been frustrating for you both as we believe building your little one’s nursery should be a memory to treasure. As this has now been resolved with our Customer Services Manager and you’ve chosen to keep the original cot bed, I hope that you are now able to enjoy our products for years to come. Regarding the toddler bed conversion, we have a Toddler Guard Panel available separately which may be used depending on the child’s development at the point of conversion. Thank you once again for taking the time to share your comments, we apologise for any undue stress the situation has caused you. Kind regards, Rebecca
