Turn around of games once posted is awesome, you play it, return it, wait a couple of days and you receive the new game and you repeat the process. Never had issues and always had awesome service.

Good idea but frustrating.
The whole concept of the idea is good and I've had boomerang now for a while but its so fuatrating when the games are a long wait and you can't ever get them.

We always aim to get your next game out to you asap. If you ever do have a wait we award payback points. These points can be used for discounts off purchases, rent bonus games or saved up and used for a free rental month!
As our customers are able to play our games for as long as they like with no late fees or time limits there may be occasions where the games you wish to play aren't immediately available. We display the approximate wait time for each game next to the title in your rental list to use as a guide.
