I am sorry if you did not receive my email reply. I generally do not ship with order tracking on International orders as it proves, for most people, unnecessary and expensive. If items are lost in transit, which is not very often, I will resend items. International delivery times vary from order to order but usually arrive eventually. I will consider adding order tracked postage as an optional facility.
