I am sorry you felt your order took too long to arrive. I try to turn orders round within a day. The website say we try for three days. Sometimes I am waiting for stock and rather than make lots of items unavailable on the website (unless I know they may be a while arriving) I leave them available to order online knowing they will arrive in the next few days. I try to reorder in good time but one of the unwritten rules of online selling is that people only order what's just gone out of stock. Items can stand on the shelf for six months and then two people will order it on the same day and the stock is insufficient to fill both orders. I'd love to be able to keep twice as much stock as needed to avoid any shortage but I'd need quite a few thousand pounds. As far as lies with me I will try harder to hit the quick turnaround.
