Mikayla, who looked after my application was brilliant. She made the process very easy and was always contactable when I had any questions or queries.
The whole process was fast and sufficient.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Unfortunately sometimes the loan process isn't as fast and straightforward as normal, especially if the loan is under joint names. We're happy we were able to get it over the line in the end and hope you enjoy your new car.
