Website was easy to use - I never realized there was so much variance in the world of bins. Product arrived promptly, adequately packaged and with printed instructions (no QR codes to a website!)

They refused to take back this item as a return as it was too small for our needs even though I was willing to spend almost £500 to purchase 2 bigger pullout bins from them before I returned this...
