Good customer care with phone calls when ordered bundle not in stock. Disappointed no tripe available.

Delivered on the date and time specified and order was correct and frozen. My dogs absolutely love the food.

May be good for our dog but horrible smell.
Perhaps the food is good for our dog - he ate it all up, but hte smell was horrendous. Not ordering again. Will stick to other brands of raw food.

Upon looking at your order, we can see your ordered some of our sensitive meal. This meal contains 45% Lambs Tripe which is known to be quite whiffy- its amazing for dogs but not so great for the human nostril!
Please do email us at BN.Info@rpfcgroup.co.uk where we can take the batch information and double check this for you.

Okay, apparently it is the tripe that caused the horrid smell. Spoke to Emma at Benyfit Natural who clarified which products would not smell. Since our dog seemed happy to eat it I have changed to a 4 star rating.

Great product.
Arrived in great time. My dog is very picky but also has allergies. The sensitive recipe is great for her. I also love that it can last for 4 days in the fridge. I will definitely be ordering again.
