Thank for taking the time to leave this review.
Firstly please accept our apologies that you were disappointed with the resolution to this, you should've not have been sent replacement food from the same batch.
We did not forget you have been a loyal customer of ours for 5 months we were just trying to gather as much information for our investigation so it could be as thorough as possible and we had to confirm it wasn't a garlicky smell you were enquiring about as this is very common to occur within our puppy food due to the Verm-X which is included which some customers are not aware of.
We have sent you an email directly to resolve this further.

Very good service and quality of food, however I won’t be buying from them again as they use a lot polystyrene for their packaging

I would prefer more variety in the bundle.
Could add purchase to shopping basket but would not allow me to check it out.
