The bed arrived damaged was finally replaced but I was originally told to expect some wear and tear which is not really what you want to hear which you have just paid slot of money for a new bed

Have found the mattress very soft at the sides really goes quite flat if you sit on the side of it would be concerned that you might roll of it while asleep, otherwise reasonably comfortable
Very efficient and no major complications. Mattress arrived in good condition. No long wait for delivery. Would recommend to others looking for mattress etc.
