Hi Aurelia,

Sorry about your late delivery, as this was my fault. We normally do next day delivery and offer a very quick service as you will note from my other reviews. However,  we have just started using a new courier and I ticked up the wrong tariff code box when logging in your delivery.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
