Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

very poor response

I have paid the premium a week ago, but still I have not received any policy documents including insurance certificate.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience with us. For sending policy documents we have a 5 working day time frame and your policy began on the 8th of this month. Due to the bank holiday weekend in the UK, Friday the 10th and Monday the 13th were not considered working days - I apologise if this was not explained to you. Your policy documents were sent Yesterday so hopefully you have received them now. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in our service but I hope my comment helps to clear up the issue.
