Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Their service is good. Don't agree that my insurance has to go up when I had no claim - It's unfair that customers have to pay for other peoples claims!!

I do appreciate your frustration at the situation, but there are significant differences in the operation of motor and home insurance between the United States and the EU. We do not issue e-mail receipts, this should have been handed to you in the branch or posted to your address. Please accept my apologies if you failed to receive this.
