All insurance is based on risk.When assessing your price, our underwriters take into accountfactors, such as our claims experiencewithin the postcode & wider area that you live - if we've seen an increase in the number of claims (as examples; a rise in burglaries, storm & flood claims)we would deem this to be a higher risk & that would be reflected in the price.
