Really helpful staff.

It was so pleasant to talk to a real person who was sympathetic and explained everything so well. I assume you are referring to my home insurance but could also apply to my car insurance query.

The ladies who l dealt with were more than helpful. I had a problem paying with my debit card &they guided me through.My son had to pay on his card eventually, but was successful.
