Need more communication

If you need posted documents, you can select these using your AXA online account. Just log in and select 'Policy documents' from the left-hand side of the main page and then choose 'Change document preference' to get started. You'll then be able to select future documents by post. Poor

I have not had to claim with AXA so do not have end to end experience. However I have found the complaints team to be unhelpful and disinterested. I won't be remaining with them next year.
