Great value for money

Went to Aviva directly after another broker quoted nearly double on the same insurance. Was very easy dealing with the friendly agent (Kieran) after going through the initial process online.

Could do better

The original service calls were unnecessarily difficult. Part of it was my own fault as I had my renewal date wrong but it took 5 calls to get answers to simple queries & it was the 5th call before...
