Love Arran Aromatics its a very delicate smell my fav is After the Rain .From ordering 2 delivery was easy & hassle free . If you havent tried the range -treat yourself you wont be dissapointed.

Firstly thank you for your prompt reply. It's a shame you haven't been as timely in processing my refund. My order and subsequent payment was taken on the 29th of May. Your email informing me my items were out of stock was received on the 5th of June and I replied the same morning asking for the refund you offered. My account is yet to be credited.

Just wanted to comment that my issue has now been resolved thank you. Just as a post script I'd like to say that I've read many of your positive reviews on your products and the excellent way they are packaged and dispatched. However, a company and its customer service should surely be judged on what they do when things go wrong. It's easy to give 5 stars when everything goes right.
