Great products, lacking in customer experience

Website could have been clearer with delivery delays, a friends birthday present was late and had to be collected at post office due to incorrect delivery dates. With a luxury brand I expect better...

No effort made to deliver this product. My husband is extremely vulnerable and has instructions from GOV and NHS to stay indoors and be isolated so we are always in. It also means we cannot go out to pick up goods without breaking the law. If you cannot deliver my shower gel please cancel order and refund my payment of £14.45. Thank you.
