Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Hi, traveller! Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience! Our Traveller Support team and our Sales team operate on two separate phone lines. Depending on the season, one line may be receiving a higher volume of calls than the other, and may be harder to reach. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are happy to know that you were otherwise satisfied with your service!

Dear Iveah, Thank you for your thoughtful 4-star review! We're so pleased that Becky and the team delivered a well-organized Thailand & Phuket experience you enjoyed. We genuinely appreciate your feedback about receiving travel information earlier — you're absolutely right that having flight details well in advance helps with preparation and peace of mind, and we've taken note of this for improvement. We're also thrilled to see you've booked Timeless Japan — what a spectacular destination awaits you! We hope the pre-tour communication this time around exceeds your expectations.
