Hi and firstly apologies that your goods arrived in such a large box. I will raise this issue with our warehouse as we use a variety of box shapes and sizes for shipping to ensure goods not only arrive safely but in a box of a suitable size. Regarding communication I’m sorry if you feel we have sent you too much regarding the status of your order. We try to keep our customers informed of their order status and send an email when the goods have been shipped and another when they have been delivered. In relation to receiving other emails we do have an option when you register to unsubscribe. This can also be done at a later time.
