Hi and apologies for the error. I have looked into this for you with our customer service team and it appears that there was an error with the stock in our warehouse which has now been rectified. You will be refunded in full for the order you placed and you can keep the 2019 planner we have supplied free of charge. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
