You informed me the item had been shipped and it was only when I called yo

You told me the item had been shipped but it was only when I called you after a week that I found that in fact it hadn’t.

Hi, i have looked into this for you and actually your order was shipped when we advised you by email. The parcel was actually lost by the courier which we were unaware of until you chased delivery. I can also see that we then processed another order for you and you have now received those goods.
