Customer service is excellent, enquiries are expertly managed and the products deliver the results they purport to - you really see and feel the difference! I’m a fan!

Thank you for your review. We always send an email as soon as orders are dispatched with a tracking link. This was sent to you from info@annesemonin.com on the 30th November due to increased number of orders during our Black Friday event but I wonder if it perhaps ended in your spam folder? Please let us know.

I received the wrong product - this can happen at any store, but Anne Semonin made a difference by reacting very quickly and they solved the problem to my great satisfaction.
