I asked Alton towers why there website was £40 more than trivago as I am in the merlin holiday club that is supposed to be the best deal

Poor information (ie no information) about park opening times when booking
I booked a stay, directly through the Hotel pages for Alton Towers, the information stated that the room did not come with park passes. No problem as these could be sourced via a work promotion.
