Highly recommend guest services
Spoke to Danielle who was really helpful and took a lot of time to walk through everything with me (family holiday with several rooms involved). Cost less than I expected.

Correcting customer errors
I booked online but missed my preferred choice of suite in the hotel. Phoned and the agent was helpful and made suitable adjustments without any problem.

Not user friendly
The booking process was confusing. Wasn't clear about when we could use the waterpark as it read that we could use it twice. Plus we can't book a breakfast time slot, then another part of the website...

Have had better experiences here previously
Tried to book online as there was a ‘deal’. Put everything in the basket, entered card details, told payment authorised then message said there was a problem and I needed to call the booking team. ...
