Watch out, Park tickets are now extra
Previous years, park tickets have been included with accommodation. It was not clear this had changed, and was shocked to find we had to pay extra for the passes.

Rebooking trip
I had to cancel one trip and made another booking because of virus closing the resort. Very easy to achieve this and lovely customer service

I spoke to Lydia to change my booking. She was pleasant, friendly and very professional, I am extremely satisfied, she made the whole procedure easy.

Overall great customer service under very difficult and challenging times
I had my original booking cancelled due to Coronavirus. I wanted to reebook so called the customer service number as advised but because we were in a hotel outside of the park they couldn't reebook....

Dreadful Contact details phone system needs changing
On hold for to long.
Cut off when been transferred to short breaks 3 times.
3 operators on each occasion told us something different about the hotel spa and restaurants.
Call centre staff need...
