It wasn’t clear that the accommodation price didn’t include d try to the park. Also there was nowhere to state that one if our group has additional needs.

Easy inline and telephone experience
I spoke to someone over the phone initially and booked online, was simple and the last on the phone was friendly and informative. Just got to look forward to the trip now!

Staff are doing an amazing job
Everything so far has been amazing, can’t fault the staff or resort at all. Only downside was when booking with Merlin annual pass it didn’t give us the discount due.
