Lovely staff, rubbish website
I couldn't book online; there was "an internal problem". But when I phoned the lady who helped me was very lovely and booked my stay.

I had a problem and the person I spoke to went the extra Mile to rectify
I booked a short break but unfortunately booked the wrong date I phoned up and spoke to a representative who went the extra mike in accommodating my request , very happy customer and very happy...

Easy to book online, but using blue light card proved very difficult.
Booking service was good, even thou we did have trouble using our blue light card, for some un known reason we couldn't get the discount on the blue light card, so in the end we gave up and just paid...

Its really difficult. I have accidentally booked the park tickets for the wrong day. I can only hop you will change them, but I have been unable to find a phone number that I can use to ask about...
