Quick and easy to book and conformation comes through pretty much instantly
Bookings very clear and easy with the options to add extras, book breakfast and dinner. Conformation comes through quick as well.

Easy quick process
Straight forward process to book, no problems. I would prefer to see all the prices for different days on one page, that way you can choose the best day to suit your budget.

more information on website required especially about the new covid stuff
I booked through the merlin holiday club, but still had to phonr up to ask about park tickets as this info wasn't on the website, and then again as the link to book breakfast didn't work.

No notice given at time of booking the theme park is closed!
There was no indication the main theme park was closed when we booked the hotel! I only found this out by looking on the website page separately to actual by pro tickets. This should be made far more...

Disgusting... As an annual Merlin member I had to pay extra (3 X £38 each) to pay to enter AT park as the 'Annual Member' tickets have run out....!!
The Merlin membership normally allows our family...
