Avoid at all costs for 3 weeks I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of whether my hotel is booked or not alpharooms say it is whilst the hotel have no booking for me I’ve made around 30 phone calls no one nos what they are doing and say we will call you back and nothing just me having to call them again and again and getting no where I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past NEVER EVER again absolutely joke.

Extortion company don’t book with these

Absolutely shocking. I booked a holiday paid €20 deposit. Cancelled it within a week and they want € 60 plus the €20 deposit as a way to pay for canceling it . Which they will sell again Anyway....

Thank you for getting back regarding this review but unless ther are no charges for canceling my booking which I did within a week of purchase. Giving you 12 months notice of cancellation . I am not discussing anything or changing my review. I work hard for my money rearing a family and it’s disgraceful you want money for nothing. The person that rang me regarding this booking I couldn’t understand as they did not speak clear English no disrespect to them at all. But I do want to know clearly what your colleagues are saying

Dreadful appalling

Never ever book with the company they demanded a large amount of cancellation fee that doesnt even apply to my holiday and loads of extra charges! When trying to contact them they put the phone down...
