We are so sad to get a one star review! We are sorry that you felt our sales team didn't provide you with all the options at the point of sale, but have done our best to resolve the issue of cushion filling choices to ensure you get the product you want - ultimately taking responsibility by re-ordering your cushions.
Sometimes it does take time to sort these things out, but we always try to be attentive and fair. Our customer service team are now gutted to get a one star review! But as always, we will try to learn from your feedback, improve our service and hope to get a more star studded review in the future!

Hi Nathalie The trouble is, these kind of 'good' 'bad' ratings don't really cover things when problems are encountered. I couldn't exactly say it was great, as I'm still not happy with the sofa! But yes, your staff have been helpful in trying to resolve things, although it has taken a long time. One purpose of reviews is to help you to improve things, so if you ensure you provide customers with the correct info on both the website and in stores,then hopefully other customers won't experience the same problems. And other customers want to see reviews to find out more about the kind of service you're providing. I took a long time to choose my sofa and for me, it was a significant 'spend' so it was a big disappointment for me.to find myself still waiting for the problems to be resolved - I bought the sofa at Easter and it's now Christmas!.

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with our delivery time and felt there was a lack of sufficient apology. We are very sorry for the delay you experienced and understand the frustration it can cause.
Looking into the details of your order, I think the problem was actually an over-ambitious delivery date estimated at the point of sale. We should have estimated a longer period, but wrongly felt we could squeeze it on an earlier delivery from the workshop. We are sorry about this and will try to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
