Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear you didn't pass your Knowledge Exam. The final course exam for the 4- hour Florida TLSAE Course is separate from the Written Knowledge Exam, but both are required to get a permit. The material covered in the drug and alcohol course comes directly from the state and does not necessarily correspond with the Written Knowledge Exam. The state does not disclose what will be on that exam to any providers. We're super sorry for any confusion! If you would like to discuss your experience with your course, please reach out to our support team! We are available 7 days/week and always happy to help! less
