Your order was sent via a Tracked 24 service, but it appears it was held up for several days at your local depot. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. That said, we're pleased to hear you're happy with the item itself, and we genuinely hope you'll consider shopping with us again in the future.
Ordered on line and was available for collection at the Alnwick store the next day.
