Thank you for your review. As per my emails some sweaters can measure slightly larger. As the sweater has been worn and not in returnable condition as you advised via email this is why we were unable to cover the return cost. There is no problem to return the sweater to us and we can resolve this for you.

Fair enough. I understand your position. My position is that in your email you said that you allow for 1 inch difference but this sweater is 2 or 3 inches larger than stated and that is too much. But anyway it is a nice sweater and I shall keep it. It's just drapier than I would prefer.

Well wrapped package arrived promptly next day by Royal Mail.
I always choose retailers who use Royal Mail or ParcelForce if possible, as they don’t dump parcel on door step like so many couriers.
