I am terribly sorry the trap did not meet expectations. These are brilliant traps and we don't seem to have problems with them. These traps are designed to trap male moths, so you can monitor an infestation as well as keeping them from breeding with female moth. It may be a case that you have carpet moth instead or clothes moth? Please feel free to ring in and speak to one of our experts and we will help you identify which moth and what products are best.

Thank you for your feedback. Gel and bait stations are 100% the best products to use when eradicating ants. Insecticides for ants are good to control numbers if they are coming into your property but we would still always advise using gel. Insecticide wont eradicate them or kill the nest and it cannot be used outside. Gel is definitely the best thing for ants.
