I am very sorry that you feel so let down. Optical instruments like the Hyperscope and the Pseudoscope give effects that are well documented - see http://optica.machorro.net/Optica/SciAm/HyperScope/1986-11-body.html
However it is true that not everyone will see the effects equally well, and if the viewers' stereoscopic vision is less than perfect, then they may find that neither device works for them at all. The 'Magic Eye' images come into the same category - some people can see them, others cannot. We also have feedback that wearing glasses can get in the way of seeing the effect properly. I have added a note to this effect on the web page of the Hyperscope and Hyperscope Pro.
We used to sell a laboratory/museum quality Hyperscope, with glass mirrors and a metal flight case, but this cost over US$500, and so we are really pleased that the original designer, Terry Pope, has worked with a UK University to develop this very low cost kit, which allows people to try the effect without spending a lot of money.
Meanwhile, since you feel 'totally humiliated and ripped off' I have refunded your money.

we have sent you several e-mails. I suspect they are ending up in your junk folder.
When we sent your order we explained that postal services to Turkey are quite slow, partly because of delays in customs, and that it could easily take a few weeks to reach you.
You ordered the parcel using the standard Air Mail option, so unfortunately there is no tracking number.
Hopefully it will arrive soon.
