Ordered on 3rd July (Sunday) and was processed in line with our published terms and conditions (which you read and agreed to during the check out process) IE - Processed with in one working day, so despatched Royal Mail on Tuesday 5th. Postage is FREE on this item and is Royal Mail second class, a 3-5 working day delivery.Again all clearly published in the terms and conditions of purchase.
You could of course of opted for next day delivery if the order was urgent, but decided not to do so.
