I can assure you there is no added water at all in our BH mix - the hearts are delivered whole, they are trimmed then minced to 2mm, after this Stendkers vitamins and Codliver oil are added and it is mixed for 15 minutes - the product is bagged and frozen....any liquid is blood...I repeat no water is added.
As detailed on site the texture of the food has changed because we do not have a "bowl cutter" to emulsify the meat as was previous. Not aware of you contacting directly Paul, however feel free to call and discuss any concerns. - Mark
