Hello - Your order contained 3 Macy's cards, 2 Kohl's cards, 1 Amazon card, 2 Bed Bath & Beyond cards, and 3 Burlington cards. 1 Kohl's, 2 Macy's, and the Bed Bath & Beyond cards were printouts of ecards and not physical plastic cards. We did accept these cards but updated the payment to reflect that change. The Bed Bath & Beyond cards were rejected due to the merchant bankruptcy. 1 of the 3 Burlington cards was not in the envelope so it was rejected. We did send you the card number and PIN and the balance is still on that card. However, we cannot accept Burlington cards that are not physical plastic cards. You should still be able to spend that balance at your local Burlington store at checkout. We recommend sending orders with multiple cards in a padded plastic envelope instead of a regular white envelope. This makes the package more secure and can reduce the chance something might happen to the package during transit. For In Mail orders, the customer is responsible for the postage and shipping of the package. I am sorry that this 3rd order of yours did not entirely work out.
