Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you found the booking process smooth and the photos on the website clear. We are sorry you felt that the parking details were limited. The website does state that there is private parking for one car outside the cottage, with further on street parking available within walking distance in Hawes. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the outcome of your request. You contacted us the day before your planned arrival and, due to the short notice and the terms and conditions agreed at the time of booking, we were not able to move the dates. I understand this was disappointing. We do try to help wherever possible, but in this case a change was not something we could reasonably offer.
