Hi Ian,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm really sorry to hear your parcel has not yet been delivered. I can see from the tracking that there has been an unexpected issue in your area which has caused the delay, DPD are now due to deliver your parcel today (29/12/23). If by the end of today you have still not received your order please contact us at info@xmasdirect.co.uk and we will be able to raise this with the courier.

On 29/12 received a letter dated 22/12 informing me the item had been impounded by customs awaiting a declaration.
On 29/12 completed online declaration, paid £4.45 in tax.
Received acknowledgement which advised that the item may not have arrived on the Island yet! Awaiting confirmation of delivery next week!
