Hi Mohsin! We can see that the refund was processed on the 21/05/2021, which will take 3-5 working days for you to receive into your bank account as this was refunded via your original payment method. Hope this helps!

Good service. would be helpful to advise measurements in cm or inches, rather than just large. Purchased 2 items I would normaly buy elsewhere in large, but really too small and needed maybe extra...

I bought a pair of jeans and a top ,it's quite good 👍, but only the thing I am not happy with is I paid for next day delivery and I received the item 2nd day of the day I placed an order

Please be aware that this was due to the order being placed on the weekend, which we do not operate on, and your order was therefore despatched on the Monday. For next day to be guaranteed, you need to place your order on Monday - Thursday before 2pm. Hope this helps!
