The jeans ordered are described as a ripped and distressed design, meaning skin will be visible. You can return these to us for a refund or an exchange.
As explained to you on email unfortunately, this is something we currently do not cover. We as a business are always striving to supply the best customer experience and this is something we are looking to hopefully supply in future.Hope this helps and apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Nice jeans but one of the two pairs ordered was wrong. I’ve emailed them and they haven’t bothered to respond. Also for 32” leg length jeans they are the longest pair of 32’s ever!! Think the sizing...
