Sorry to hear this. Upon checking the system a reply email mentioning that a complete refund was processed against your order was sent on 27-09-2021 at 12:43 pm. We have now re-sent a confirmation email of the refund for your reference. Hope this helps.

Clothing too large
Both tracksuits came too big for a small , the jumper is more then oversized they fit down to my knees. Tag came damaged too so no return would of been allowed so I’m stuck with clothes that are too...

Great service, purchased three pairs of jeans and two fitted perfectly and a third was to large so exchanged for a smaller size. Only downside is free returns would have been better but im happy with...
