Thank you for your feedback.
Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to receive your order.
Unfortunately, due to the Easter bank holiday, our offices were closed on Friday 27/3/18 through to Tuesday 2/4/18.
I can see that you placed your order using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service which we do state on our Delivery Information page, can take 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends) in order to arrive with customers.
As your order was not available for dispatch before our offices had closed, it was then processed and delivered the following week once we had re-opened.
They have not arrived so don’t think much of that after over a week!

I can see that your order was placed using our Royal Mail Standard Delivery service, meaning it will have been fulfilled by Royal Mail and not via courier.
We do state on our Delivery Information page that orders placed using this method can take 3 - 5 working days in order to arrive with customers.
Due to the Easter bank holiday, our offices were closed on Friday 27/3/18 through to 2/4/18 meaning that delivery times were affected.
Details of this were displayed on our website home page.
As your order was placed whilst our offices were shut for the Easter period, we processed and delivered your order it the following week once we had re-opened.
