Delivery of the goods was fast and securely packaged. The mistake was mine in ordering 1 inch braces, which are too slippery to stay in place long. I won't make that mistake again.
Placed order on Jan 2nd. Delivered on Jan 4th. The product was £10 cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer. Will use Woods again and fully recommend the company.
