I am very sorry to hear that the couriers driver was rude. We do have our own drivers for local deliveries, but like many businesses, we must rely on couriers for customers outside our delivery reach. Unfortunately we have little influence on their levels of customer service. I'm very sorry that the service was not as expected, and we will be passing your comments on.
Regarding the issues with your flooring, you are fully covered against any manufacturing defects. We can refund or replace any defective goods. I have passed your details to our customer service team who will be in touch to help.
