ordered some flooring for my son's new bedroom. I had a query regarding the underlay and the staff answered it quickly and efficiently. A teeny bit more tracking info would have get them another star...
Great quality flooring and price! My only issue was the cost of delivery, but understand that since it's coming from NI there's a pallet charge. Still, a "free over X amount" would be appreciated....
Good range of floors and decent delivery times but there was a small chip out of the corner of all boards in one of the boxes. I'm not bothered returning them as I don't have the time before...
