Sent wrong items, had to sent me a number of emails over 2 weeks to get sent a replacement and that was also wrong

I am sorry for any confusion. However, the correct item was sent on both occasions. Real oak will always vary slightly in color as it is a natural product. We do explain this on the item listing. You had asked for an exact matching solid wood bar to one previously purchased from us, and our staff did explain that there will be colour variance in all real wood products. We explained this again when we replaced the order, further highlighting that it may not be possible to obtain an exact match for your existing oak bar. We also offered a full refund if you wanted to return the item but, this was refused.
Regrettably, on this occasion, we are unable to offer anything further than a refund of the goods.
